Once you place an order with YourHappyLife, we ensure it goes through a thorough process:

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as possible once your order is placed.
  2. Dispatch: We typically dispatch orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  3. Delivery: Our trusted delivery partners strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If there are any issues with the delivery address or timing, our team or the delivery partners will reach out to you to resolve the matter.
  • Delivery Charges

Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free delivery unless stated otherwise.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Delivery Locations

We deliver across India, including remote areas. However, in the event of a crisis or unforeseen circumstances, we may temporarily suspend shipping to certain areas. If your order is affected, our customer service team will promptly reach out to you with further details and alternatives.

  • Estimated Delivery Times
  1. Metro Cities: 2-5 business days.
  2. Other Cities: 2-7 business days.
  3. Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days or longer.

  • Address/ Pincode Changes

Before Dispatch: Contact us at hello@yourhappylife.com to request a change.

After Dispatch: We cannot change the address, and the order will be returned if undeliverable.

  • Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. 

  • Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses. You will not be charged separately for the same.

  • Unforeseen Delivery Issues

If you cannot receive your delivery and the order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us at hello@yourhappylife.com. We cannot hold deliveries once they are dispatched.

  • Additional Charges

There are no hidden charges. Prices during checkout include all taxes. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during order processing.
