Iron Pulse+

Most people are running on empty by the time they get home. You don’t have to be one of them.

Standard iron gives you nausea, constipation and cramps. IronPulse+ doesn't.
IronPulse+ is a gut-friendly iron supplement, built on TruPhase™ technology.
Most iron supplements use cheap forms that leave raw iron sitting against your gut lining. That's where the nausea, the cramping, the constipation and the metallic taste come from. IronPulse+ uses 29mg active Iron Bisglycinate instead.
Timing is the whole idea. TruPhase™️ releases the 29mg in two waves across 8 hours rather than all in one go. The first high in your gut where iron absorbs fastest, the second further along once the first has moved through. Because each wave is well placed, more of the iron ends up in your blood.
The botanical complex comes last, in Phase 3, after the iron has cleared. One capsule, with breakfast, that you can actually keep taking.

IRON DEFICIENCY LOOKS DIFFERENT

Who IronPulse+ is made for?

Five silent signs you're iron-deficient

If You Experience Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

Each cycle depletes your iron reserves. When bleeding is heavy, recovery between cycles becomes impossible, creating a steady drain on your energy.

Women with heavy periods have 12% lower haemoglobin than men

If You Have Extreme Hairfall

Iron is critical for hair growth and follicle health. Deficiency shows up as thinning and shedding months before you feel tired.

Hair loss affects 30% of iron-deficient women

If You Experience Dizziness

Low iron reduces oxygen to your brain and inner ear. Dizziness and vertigo become early warning signs most people tend to overlook.

Dizziness reported in 38% of iron-deficient patients

If You Have GI Disorders

Conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome and low stomach acid compromise your gut's ability to absorb iron efficiently.

Nearly 1 in 4 IBD patients experience iron deficiency

If You Experience Constant Low Energy

You sleep eight hours but still feel depleted. Without sufficient iron, your cells can't produce the sustained energy you need daily.

Iron deficiency is the #1 cause of fatigue worldwide

Frequently Asked Questions

01
I can get iron tablets from the chemist for much less. Why should I pay more for Iron Pulse+?
Most low-cost iron tablets use Ferrous Sulphate, a form that leaves raw iron sitting against your gut lining. That is what causes the nausea, cramps, constipation and metallic taste many people quit over. Iron Pulse+ uses 29 mg of chelated Iron Bisglycinate, paired with Vitamin C, active B12 (Methylcobalamin), active Folate and Copper, which your body needs to actually use iron. TruPhase™ releases the iron in timed waves instead of all at once. At about ₹25-27 a day, you are paying for iron you can absorb and keep taking.
02
My old iron tablets gave me constipation, acidity and nausea. Will Iron Pulse+ do the same?
Iron Pulse+ is designed to avoid exactly that. Iron Bisglycinate is a chelated form associated with fewer gut-related complaints than Ferrous Sulphate. TruPhase™ also releases the 29 mg in two waves over 8 hours, so your gut is not hit with the full dose at once. Most people find it far easier to tolerate. If you have a sensitive stomach, take it with breakfast as directed rather than on an empty stomach.
03
My doctor told me iron works best on an empty stomach. Why does Iron Pulse+ say to take it with breakfast?
The empty-stomach advice exists because standard iron forms absorb poorly with food. But on an empty stomach, those forms also cause the most nausea and cramping, which is why so many people stop taking them. Iron Bisglycinate is chelated, so food interferes with it much less, and TruPhase™ times the release to the parts of your gut where iron absorbs best. Taking one capsule with breakfast gives you good absorption without the discomfort, and makes it easier to stay consistent every day.
04
Can I have my morning chai or coffee with Iron Pulse+?
Try to keep a gap. Tea and coffee contain tannins and polyphenols that reduce iron absorption, and milk adds calcium, which competes with iron. Take Iron Pulse+ with breakfast and have your chai or coffee at least an hour before or after. Having it alongside something rich in Vitamin C, like a fruit or a squeeze of lemon, helps further, though Iron Pulse+ already contains 65 mg of Vitamin C to support absorption.
05
How long will it take before I feel a difference?
Iron levels are rebuilt gradually, not overnight. Many people notice better energy and less tiredness within the first few weeks of daily use. Haemoglobin and stored iron (ferritin) take longer to recover, usually around 8 to 12 weeks of consistent intake. Results on the page are reported over 90 days, so plan for at least two to three months. Missing doses slows progress, which is why the 1-capsule-with-breakfast routine is built to be easy to stick to.
06
Should I get a blood test before starting Iron Pulse+?
Yes, it is a good idea. A simple CBC with serum ferritin tells you whether you are actually low on iron, since symptoms like fatigue, hairfall and dizziness can have other causes too. It also gives you a baseline to compare against when you retest after about three months. Iron should not be taken long-term without knowing your levels, because the body has no easy way to get rid of excess iron. Your doctor can tell you how long you should continue.
07
Is Iron Pulse+ only for women, or can men take it too?
Men can take it too. Women are more commonly iron-deficient because of monthly blood loss, but men can also run low, especially vegetarians, regular blood donors, endurance athletes, and people with gut conditions that affect absorption. That said, men generally need less iron than women, so men should take it only if a blood test shows low iron or ferritin, rather than as a general daily supplement.
08
Can I take Iron Pulse+ during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Iron needs rise sharply during pregnancy, but please speak to your gynaecologist before starting Iron Pulse+. Most pregnant women in India are already prescribed iron and folic acid tablets, and taking two iron products together can push your intake too high. Your doctor can decide whether Iron Pulse+ can replace or complement what you have been prescribed, based on your haemoglobin and stage of pregnancy.
09
My stool has turned dark or black after starting. Is that normal?
Yes, dark green or black stool is a common and harmless effect of taking iron. It simply means some unabsorbed iron is passing through your system. However, if your stool is tarry and sticky, or you also have stomach pain, vomiting or feel faint, stop taking it and see a doctor promptly, as those signs are not caused by iron supplements.
10
I take thyroid medicine and calcium. Can I take Iron Pulse+ with them?
Yes, but keep them apart. Iron can block the absorption of thyroid medicine (levothyroxine), so take your thyroid tablet first thing on an empty stomach as usual and keep a gap of about 4 hours before Iron Pulse+. Calcium and antacids also compete with iron, so take those at a different time of day, ideally lunch or dinner. If you are on any other regular medication, check the timing with your doctor or pharmacist.
