Product arrived with a dent. No AA BATTERY would go in. Tried reaching the C through mail and sms.. no response from the team. I m stuck with the massager that won't work.

i have been using the sculpt for 2 weeks now and the results are very noticeable, i use it after my skincare routine so that the products get deeply penetrated, but last day it just stopped working suddently and after a while again it was back on, so now im in doubt about the durability that something says soon the sculpt will stop working, as of now it is working but something dosent turn on, thats the only issue, if you ask me about the result then amazing results, it works for me atleast, would have been a 5 star if the durability was great
